Reboot as a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Recycled computer equipment redistributed by Reboot includes current Windows operating system software. To do this at low cost, Reboot participates in the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) program, which provides the license for that software, see also Qualifications. A $10.00 fee must be paid in cash when a system is received. Sorry, but our utility and service costs have jumped and we face extra expenses in our new facility. In a few situations, additional licensing fees may apply if other licensed software is installed. Most peripherals accompanying a computer are free, except printers cost at least $20 when available. Fees must be paid in cash at the time the equipment is received.
